We take lunch from noon until 1:30 p.m. each day.

Appointments
Most people seeking orthodontic treatment have other important obligations during the day, usually involved with work or school. Once your treatment is underway, we have fine tuned our techniques to save you time by seeing you approximately every 6 – 12 weeks.

We have devoted considerable time into designing our scheduling system. We understand that it is important that you miss as little school or work as possible. In order to benefit everyone, we schedule longer appointments during school/work time. In this way an entire afternoon is not committed to one or two patients, but is scheduled to accommodate as many families as possible. If you would like to come to the office during quieter times, please ask for an appointment during school/work hours. Some appointments are blissfully short; those are the ones that we try to schedule before or after school/work times.

Should it be just impossible for you to miss school or work, then we will have to schedule the appointments further apart than our recommended 6 – 12 weeks. If this is what needs to be done, treatment time will be longer than the estimated time.

If school or work is missed due to a sickness or a patient is running a fever, please call to reschedule your appointment with us.

Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
